Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 c. butter (don't substitute)
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk (or 1/2 c. milk with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice mixed in and let sit for a few minutes)
2.5 c. flour
5 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. white chocolate chips

Cream together the butter, oil, sugar and eggs. Mix in the soda, cinnamon and salt. Then add the vanilla, buttermilk, flour and cocoa. Stir in the shredded zucchini last. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" pan. Top with chocolate and white chips. Bake at 325ยบ for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean (minus the melted chips on top).
