Crunchy Garlic Chicken

2 T. butter, melted
2 T. milk
1 T chopped fresh chives or parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed (1 c.)
3 T. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 3/4 lb)
2 T. butter, melted

1. Heat oven to 425ยบ.  Spray 9x13" pan with cooking spray.  In shallow dish, mix 2 T. butter, milk, chives, salt and garlic powder.
2. In another shallow dish, mix crusted cereal, parsley, and paprika.  Dip chicken into milk mixture, then coat lightly and evenly with cereal mixture.  Place in pan.  Drizzle with 2 T. butter.
3. Bake uncovered 20-25 min or until chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

Do ahead!
Coat the chicken breasts with the crumbs the night before and then bake the next day when you get home.
