Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken Breasts

Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken Breasts

Beat 2 eggs and 1/4 cup milk.  Dip up to 10 chicken breasts in egg mixture, then into a mixture of flour and garlic salt.  Brown in oil.  Place in baking pan.

Meanwhile, make sauce.  Mix:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (plus juice)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup ketchup.
Bring sauce to a boil, then pour over chicken.

Bake at 350┬║ uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
