1/2 c oil
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c lemon juice
2 T mustard
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 clove crushed/minced garlic
1 t pepper
1 1/2 t salt
I usually put in about 1 1/2 lbs of stew meat, but you could really put it on anything. Enjoy!
