White Bean Chicken Soup

White Bean Chicken Soup

Recipe from: Carol Homer

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 cans northern white beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 can chicken broth (about 2 cups)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Add all ingredients except sour cream and heavy whipping cream and bring to boil. Add dairy, stir, and heat through. Serve.
